Mental Health Hour is a podcast community composed of Mental Health PH, Light Your Way, Tala Mental Wellness and Silakbo PH. As organizations, we each choose a topic we would like to highlight and then take turns producing a podcast episode based on said topic.

This month, we explore a different side of us. While the last one focused on us being artists/creators, this one focuses more on us as an audience that appreciates what these creators do. We talk about being a fan, a psychological model for celebrity worship, the communal aspect of fandoms, the stigmatization of fans, and the struggles in being a fan and being part of a fandom.
